Tripp Butler
COO, Southbridge Realty
Georgia native and University of Alabama graduate Tripp Butler joined Southbridge
Realty as Chief Operations Officer in the winter of 2007. Tripp started his
career in commercial real estate in Atlanta before moving to Charleston, South
Carolina in the early 90's as a sales executive with Wild Dunes Real Estate.
A few years later he took over as broker, then partner and finally CEO with full
responsibility for P&L performance, goal setting, overall operations, marketing
and sales management. Managed a staff of 20, including a sales manager, sales
representatives, closing coordinator, office manager, and administrative support
personnel. Managed and trained sales representatives in the complete sales cycle
to include developing relationships with prospective buyers; needs assessments;
competitive positioning; proposals and contracts; and customer complaint
resolution. Worked on real estate development projects in conjunction with Wild
Dunes Development Company- held responsibility for sales, marketing and certain
infrastructure matters. The result was a rejuvenated residential development firm
which in 2005 was sold to Lowe Enterprises (the country's 5th largest independent
management company) after increasing annual sales by over $70 million.
From 2006 to 2007 was Vice President of Genesis Designer Homes after being
recommended for the position by the two companies mutual CPA. Tripp developed and
supervised a 10-person sales team, as well as a large support staff. Devised and
executed sales and marketing strategies, market plans, and pricing policies.
He built and led a sales team that achieved 100% of an aggressive 2006 revenue
goal, while competitors were losing market share in a slowing sector.
Tripp holds a brokers license in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
He also holds a residential builders license in South Carolina. Tripp and his
family are active members of Savannah Christian Church. And after living in
several different areas Tripp, his wife and two children are glad to call
Savannah home.

Lara Byrnside
Sales Executive
Lara Byrnside recently joined Southbridge Realty as a sales executive. Lara has
been part of the Southbridge Sales Team for the last year, working as a licensed
assistant and previously spent 3 years working with the Southbridge Homeowners
Association.
Prior to relocating to Savannah in 2001, Lara worked as an Executive Assistant
at the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine where she was relentless in her
efforts in fundraising for a Heart & Lung Institute and the implementation of
new clinics and community health awareness programs. Lara received her business
education from the Boone Career & Technical Institute and WV State College. She
brings to Southbridge Realty over 15 years of professional business experience
and client dedication.
Originally from West Virginia, Lara moved to Savannah from Las Vegas, with her
husband, Russell, along with their greatest accomplishment, daughter, Madeline.
Lara loves the Savannah life style and is a 7 year resident of Southbridge.

Kim Clay
Sales Executive
Kim Clay first fell in love with the Real Estate industry when she began
working at Southbridge Realty years ago as a licensed assistant. She then
moved to Keller Williams as a REALTORŪ where she earned a reputation of results,
integrity and incredible customer service. She is proud to return to her "home",
Southbridge Realty, and continue to bring her love of the industry to every
client she meets!
Kim's extensive background in corporate sales and service provide her with the
experience needed to meet the needs of every buyer and seller. As a National
Account Executive with a Top Ten Travel Company in Omaha, Nebraska, she provided
corporate sales and account service to companies such as Nations Bank
(Bank of America) and Gateway. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for
Roche Labs, she received exceptional training and consistently exceeded sales
goals.
Kim, her husband, Michael, and sons, Grant and Zach, have lived in the Savannah
area for 8 years. Throughout this time, she has become an active volunteer in
her children's schools and church. She is proud to be one of only fifty
members of the Froebel Circle, an organization dedicated to providing free
summer camps for children in need at the historic Fresh Air Home on Tybee
Island.

Sara Egbert
Sales Executive
Sara Egbert, a Saint Simons Island native, brings her love of the Georgia
coastline to her position as Sales Associate to Southbridge Realty. Before
joining the Southbridge team in March, 2007, Sara worked as a sales assistant
with Craftbuilt Homes, a K. Hovnanian Company, while living in St. Simons Island.
Prior to 2003 Sara worked as an RN and received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing
from the University of South Alabama, in Mobile, AL. She is a volunteer and
spokeswomen for the National Mental Health Association.
Sara is a Southbridge resident who is dedicated to her clients' needs and won't

Jennifer Scroggs Henderson has lived in the Southbridge Golf & Spa Community
for 14 years! She knew she was HOME the moment she pulled into the front
entrance! She comes to you with 16 years of experience in Sales and Sales
Management, and is the "Veteran" agent with more than 10 years at
Southbridge Realty, where she initially began her career as Director of
Sales and Marketing, hiring and training the Agents... and then segued into
working with Buyers and Sellers, which is her passion. She continues to be
the top producing agent and has successfully paired more than 500 families
with the perfect home or homesite. Jennifer enjoys making her

Holly Lick
Sales Executive
After several years as a multi-million dollar producer with The Kim Murphy Team
of ReMax Savannah, Holly Lick is excited to be joining the Southbridge Realty
Sales Team.
Holly specializes in finding that perfect home for her clients. She enjoys
working with clients, ranging from first-time homebuyers to executive purchases
over $2.8 million. A special highlight for Holly was when she represented
Savannah on the HGTV series "National Open House," a home show comparing cities
and lifestyles.
Holly, an active member of the Savannah Board of Realtors since 2003, has had
continuing membership in the Savannah Board of Realtor's Distinguished Sales
Society and Young Council of Realtors. She actively supports several charities,
most notably The Children's Miracle Network to support Backus Children's
Hospital at Memorial. ReMax International's 100% Club and Chairman's Club are
just two of Holly's achievements.
Holly and her husband, Ron, have lived in Savannah for 12 years, and have 2 sons
and a daughter. They are members of Savannah Christian Church and also
participate in activities at Savannah Christian Preparatory School, where their

Lisa Swearingen
Sales Executive
Lisa Swearingen is an invigorating asset to the sales team at Southbridge Realty.
Her background is in the home improvement business. After graduating from UNC
Chapel Hill and living in Charlotte NC for three years, she moved her family to
Savannah, GA to open a window and siding business. She finds it hard to believe
she has lived in Southbridge for almost 12 years! They chose Southbridge because
it was a beautiful golf course and amenity community with very affordable fees.
Driving through Southbridge, the very first time, gave the Swearingen's,
the true neighborhood feeling they were looking for. The proximity to the
interstate, the beautiful custom homes, and the reasonable club dues, made
Southbridge the perfect fit for their family.
Since then, she sold the window company and decided to stay home for a few years
with her two beautiful children, Charles (11) and Brooke (8). When she felt it
was time for her to re-enter the workplace, she decided to get her real estate
license. Being very active in the community, she was always "selling"
Southbridge! On the tennis courts, at the golf club, or with the kids at their
functions, when someone wants to move into the neighborhood, she's selling
Southbridge. On several occasions, she knew of homes coming on the market and
would find a buyer just through good old fashioned word of mouth. That's when
she decided to make it a career!
Her parents, Clay and Margaret Jennings, moved into Southbridge 3 years ago.
They were eager to be close to their grandchildren as her dad nears retirement.
Believe it or not, he STILL works in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and commutes weekly
since it is very convenient to fly in and out of our airport. Many families in
Southbridge have immediate family close by. Southbridge simply has something for
everyone!

Marti Tomlin has recently joined the Southbridge Realty team. With her she

Marti has been married for 9 years to her wonderful husband Ted. They have
