Whether she’s working on a fixer upper, building a new home, or managing her short and long term rentals, Jess and her husband have used real estate as an investment strategy for the last 17 years. Jess and her family moved to Savannah in 2011 so that she could pursue her entrepreneurial dreams. After successfully building and branding 4 of her own businesses, Jess has learned what makes Savannah and the surrounding areas each so special. Jess’ hands-on personal experience in both real estate and business proves to be a powerful combination that she is passionate about sharing with her clients. Jess is also a true champion for the community. She currently serves as the Chapter Chair for Savannah SCORE, mentoring small business entrepreneurs and teaching workshops for the City of Savannah as a Certified Grow with Google partner. When she’s not busy helping her clients pursue their dreams, Jess loves to travel. You’ll find her driving around the United States in her RV going on adventures with her family.
